Social Organizations can license NEST with source code under revenue share linked licensing terms capped in time and aggregate amount. Hosting charges and services to install, integrate and train are charged on actuals.

Social Impact startups can license NEST with source code under equity linked payment terms. Hosting charges and services to install, integrate and train are charged on actuals.

Enterprise startups can license NEST with source code under equity and revenue linked payment terms. Hosting charges and services to install, integrate and train are charged on actuals.

If you have an idea for a Nest Network in the community space, we will co-invest and co-develop your Nest Network with you for equity in the entity that governs your Nest Networks. 

If you are interested in the District Digital Economy mission, we will co-invest and co-develop complementary APIs and Apps/App frameworks with you for equity.
